La Concha Bay frames the city with its elegant white railing facing the sea. On the left, the Comb of the Wind, by Chillida, can be seen at the foot of Mount Igueldo and near Ondarreta Beach. On the right, the port and old quarters of San Sebastian encourage visitors to go out for tapas in the most traditional bars. Zurriola Beach is the location of the Kursaal Building, where the San Sebastian International Film Festival is held every September. The film stars stay at the Hotel Maria Cristina.
