The Westin Grand Frankfurt – your meeting hotel in Frankfurt
The whole meeting area of the Westin Grand Frankfurt was completely renovated in the summer of 2011. The hotel offers more than 2,200 square meters of meeting space with 13 banquet and conference rooms of various sizes. Events for up to 500 persons are possible, for festive banquets up to 300 persons can be accommodated and even receptions for up to 1,000 people can be held in the hotel.

Located right in the citycenter of Frankfurt and easy to reach by car or public transportation, the Westin Grand Frankfurt is the right location for a successfull, inspiring meeting.
Our conference package Classic includes:
- Conference room adequate to the number of delegates*
- Basic set-up of the conference room with desk pad, writing pad and pen
- Standard technical equipment: screen, flipchart
- Two soft drinks in the conference room
- Support during the whole event by our StarMeetingConcierge
- One coffee break in the morning including coffee specialties and tea,
as well as three snack varieties a la chefs choice. - In between your coffee breaks we have a coffee station in our foyer

- Deluxe set-up of the conference room with desk pad,
writing pad, pen and cereal bar - Welcome coffee with coffee and tea
- Standard technical equipment: screen, flipchart
- 0,75 l Bad Brambacher mineral water and juice (no limit) during the conference
